Showroom – Our Orlando, Florida showroom showcases our signature catalogue collections, as well as all of Pacific Enterprise’s factory market product. Each collection is uniquely displayed in a friendly, convenient atmosphere. When it comes to working with Customers, our domestic showroom is available for your use, which is a great benefit when it comes to time, travel and cost efficiencies.

Custom Product Development – From product idea to delivery, Pacific Enterprise can create innovative, exclusive custom product designs and collections to ultimately enhance each Customer’s business.

Order Process System – Pacific Enterprise utilizes a sophisticated in-house computer ordering and fulfillment system, which includes Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capabilities for fast efficient order processing.

Direct Importing – For additional time and cost savings, Pacific Enterprise offers a direct importing option versus shipping from our Orlando warehouse. This can be negotiated at time of pricing.

Customer Service - Our multi-lingual Customer Service Department gives high priority to personalized service. Order status is updated daily to make sure production and delivery are on schedule.

Manufacturing - Our state-of-the-art manufacturing is done in the Fujian Region of China. Depending on the size of shipment, finished product can be shipped from our factory or transported to our Shanghai warehouses for shipping. The shipping specifications are as follows:

The order is shipped from our factory in the Fujian Region

Less Than Container (LTC)
The order is transported from the Fujian Region and consolidated at our Shanghai warehouse

Pre-ticketing - Ticketing each item with a UPC code is standard procedure with all Customer required information. All information is to be included at the time of order processing.

Quality Control - All items are carefully inspected by a specially assigned quality control team at our off-shore factories, as well as our domestic warehouse before shipping to the final destination.

Pacific Enterprise is an ISO9002 Certified quality control company. The recipient of this award maintains strict quality control systems that are executed during the complete manufacturing process: from raw material to finished product.

Warehouse and Shipping - Pacific Enterprise has the ability to ship directly from our off-shore factory (direct importing) or distribute/fulfill from our Orlando, Florida warehouse to the final destination.
